2005 SEAHAWKS REVIEW IS COMING SOON

After two weeks, I think I'm over the Super Bowl hangover.

As some of you have found out in your lives, hangovers suck. Let's just put it that way. I won't go into major detail about hangovers. But for the purpose of this post, let's just say that my Super Bowl hangover wasn't easy to get over.

Some people say that you shouldn't take sports too seriously. I can buy that. But dammit, when you see your football team (this case, the Seahawks) lose the Super Bowl, it's not an easy thing to get over. Especially when you live in a state where not even 10 percent of the population knew who the Seahawks were. In related news, Jerome Bettis is from Detroit. (You know I had to go there. Oh, and he's going to be on NBC next year? Yawn.)

Regardless of the outcome of Super Bowl XL, I'm very proud of the 2005 Seahawks. They were a special team that earned the love and appreciation of every single Seattle sports fan. It's just a damn shame that they couldn't hold the Vince Lombardi Trophy up high on February 5. Such is life, though.

I hope to have my 2005 Seahawks review up by Friday. If you remember last year's review, then you better stay tuned for this year's review, for obvious reasons.

Have a great week.
