TWO HITS
No, I'm not talking about Rafael Palmeiro's two hits. He was able to get hit 2,999 tonight, but he'll have to wait until tomorrow night to try for his 3,000th hit.
Lost in all of this madness about Palmeiro is that the Mariners were held to just 2 hits. In fact, the M's didn't have a hit in the final 7 innings. Ouch.
